Remind Me Daily is provided by DiMarcoDesign (Christopher DiMarco). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The standard license

Your use of Remind Me Daily through the Apple App Store is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to all apps unless a custom agreement is provided. These terms supplement that agreement.

2. Bring your own AI key

The reflection companion requires an API key from a third-party AI provider that you choose and supply. Your use of that provider is governed by your own agreement with them, and you are responsible for any costs they charge. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party AI responses.

3. Not spiritual or professional advice

Remind Me Daily is a tool for personal reflection. Its AI companion is not a substitute for pastoral, medical, legal, or other professional guidance. Scripture text is provided through open translations for personal devotional use.

4. The app is provided "as is"

We work to keep the app reliable, but it is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
